With one of the most extensive networks in Australia, Team Global Express's (TGE) services provide fast delivery nationwide, with click and collect options available from over 1,800 service hubs with extended opening hours.

🪧 Team Global Express was known as Toll prior to 2023. You might notice the old name used in some legacy settings.

TGE offers competitive B2C services that are an ideal express solution for high-volume customers shipping small goods. You can also use the TGE IPEC road service for bulky and B2B services.

Do not use TGE Standard for:

  • Pallets

  • Perishables

  • Goods under 1kg

  • Satchels and cartons under 22kg

Prohibited goods

You can only ship dangerous goods with TGE with prior approval. The only service levels available for dangerous goods are eParcel domestic standard and express.

Check the TGE guidelines for accepted dangerous goods and limitations, and seek approval from TGE to ship dangerous goods. When you have received approval from TGE, contact the Shippit configuration team to configure your Shippit account.


Insurance

Complimentary loss or damage insurance is not included when booking with TGE through Shippit unless you have it included in your own BYO account. Alternatively, you can enable Shippit Transit Protection to cover your orders for loss and damage.


Activation

Shippit account rates

You can activate TGE B2C Standard or B2C Priority on your account to get access to Shippit's rates. Get in touch with the Shippit configuration team to get started.

BYO Accounts

You can ship with TGE through Shippit, using your own BYO carrier account. To set up your integration, email our configuration team with your account information. Our team reviews your details, and usually gets back to you in 1-3 business days. However, account activation for BYO can take 1-2 weeks to complete.

Remember, you'll need approval from the carrier before shipping any dangerous goods, alcohol, or fragile, or restricted items. Ensure you have this approval before contacting our team to configure your BYO account.
