With the Rules Engine, you can select conditions based on
Weight (deadweight or volumetric weight)
Dimension (minimum, maximum or median)
Rules will be automatically applied when a new order is created or synced to Shippit and when an order's details are updated.
Dimension example
This example outlines how to create a rule to not allocate orders to Allied Express for orders with a parcel greater than 105cm. For orders with a parcel over 105cm, other carriers that are enabled on your account will be allocated.
Weight example
This example outlines how to create a rule to not allocate to Allied Express for orders with parcels with a deadweight greater than 56kg. For orders with parcels with a deadweight greater than 56kg, other carriers that are enabled on your account will be allocated.
