When you're on an old browser

Outdated browsers

If you're on an outdated browser we'll let you know and display a notice. We recommend for the best and most secure experience that you use an up-to-date browser.

Non supported browsers

If we don't support your browser you won't be able to access ShipServ to ensure security and compliance. You should see a screen like the one below however if your browser is very old you may see a white screen only.

Changing your default browser

We recommend you set your default browser to one of our supported browsers. Follow the links below for assistance on how to set the default browser.

Note for Windows Users

For performance and security reasons, we strongly recommend that you are on an officially supported version. Please note that Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and Windows 8 is two years outside of mainstream support. For more information on Microsoft version support see here.
