If you need to add or remove some user (collegue) from your company from the notification settings.
Go to Company Details and then Business Info
2. The contacts that receive notification(email) when an RfQ / Spot event is launched, are the ones that are in the Email field in Procurement information.
To add an additional contact simple type the email preceded by ;
If you are handling more than one shipper
with your account you are able to set different user for the different clients.
First, go to Customers, Notification settings, New
2. Then, select the shipper and select the user/s who will be receiving notifications from this shipper.
3. Click Save, and you are all set.
