Second Round Submission

Reusing a rate sheet from an earlier round can cause a submission error in later RFQ rounds.

When you are preparing to submit a quote for the second or third round of a tender you’ve been invited to, make sure you download and use the bid sheet for that specific round.

Round 2 of an RfQ Tender

Column A (ID) in the quote sheet is unique for each event and each round. If you try to upload the same rate sheet you used in Round 1, the system will not recognize it as a quote sheet. Instead, it will treat it as a regular document, because the ID will not match.

If you do not want to make any changes you can either submit without changes

Or you can copy and paste your lanes from the first round, on the current quote sheet(the one you downloaded for this round), without overwriting column A.

Withdrawing lanes from your initial upload

If you have initially uploaded (either in the previous round or upload) a certain number of lanes and now you would like to withdraw some of those you will need to reset(click on the trash bin as in the image below) before you re-upload your modified rate sheet.

If you do not reset your rate sheet prior re-upload the system will still store your initially validated lanes (those indicated as valid as in the image above). To avoid this is if you want to remove some already validated lanes - click on the bin icon.
