When you access a LTL shipment and the rates are not populating click on “Edit Quote”
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Get Quotes”
Rates will eventually populate in “Get Quotes”. When that happens…
Re-access the Shipment in Shipwell
Go to “Rates”. The rates will then populate.
