Compact and Scalable Navigation
A New Way to Navigate Shipwell
Shipwell now brings all navigation into a single sidebar on the left side of the screen, consolidating menus that were previously spread across the top header, your profile menu, and individual sections of the application.
The new sidebar is organized into three areas:
Quick Actions (Top): Access your most-used actions - Create, Search, and Ask Swifty (And other AI Workers) from anywhere in Shipwell.
Navigation (Middle): Find all Shipwell modules and sections in one place. Hover over menu items to explore submenus, then click through to the page you need.
Utilities & Profile (Bottom): Access notifications, tasks, help, and your profile settings.
Everything you use today is still available. Your existing pages and workflows remain unchanged; only how you navigate to them has changed. The result is a more consistent, centralized experience that makes it easier to find what you need and move between sections of Shipwell.
Why you'll like it
Everything in one place. Every section, shortcut and account setting lives in the same sidebar. You no longer have to remember whether something is in the top header, your avatar menu or a page's side menu.
More room for your work. Collapse the sidebar to a slim row of icons and your dashboards and tables get the extra width. Pages also use one header row instead of two, so you see more rows without scrolling (almost 10% more data per page)
Always know where you are. The page you're on is highlighted in the sidebar, and every record shows the list it belongs to, such as Address Book › Dock 4. You can also use the breadcrumbs in the headers to click and go back quickly. Get back to your list without starting over. Click the list name in the header and you return to the list with your filters still applied. You don't have to rebuild your search.
Fewer clicks. Create a shipment, order or carrier from any page, and see a section's pages just by hovering over it.
The same on every screen. The same navigation works on desktop, laptop, tablet and phone.
Switch without losing your work. If you need the old navigation for a while, switching keeps you on the same page with nothing you've entered lost.
How to use the sidebar
Expand or collapse it
Find the sidebar toggle at the far left of the page header.
Click it to collapse the sidebar to icons. Click it again to expand it.
Go to a page or Go deeper, then back
Multi-level navigation and hover-to-expand menus: Some sections have multiple levels (e.g., Managed > Company > Lane Management > RFPs). Hovering over a navigation item opens its submenu while keeping the current navigation in place, allowing you to explore options without navigating away. Clicking an item with additional levels opens the next submenu in place, letting you drill down through the hierarchy. Selecting a final destination navigates to that page.
Click Back at the top of the sidebar to go up one level at a time.
Use it while it's collapsed
Hover over an icon to see its name and that section's menu, then click a page to go there.
Quick actions at the top
Create: hover over or click it to start a new shipment (FTL, LTL, Volume LTL, Drayage, Parcel, Intermodal and more), quote, order, customer, carrier, address book entry or product from any page.
Search: opens Global Search. The keyboard shortcut still works: ⌘K on Mac, Ctrl+/ on Windows.
Ask Swifty: start a new chat with Swifty, if your account has it.
Your account tools at the bottom
Notifications, Tasks and Help are pinned at the bottom of the sidebar.
Your profile menu is at the very bottom. It has Profile and Preferences, switching between accounts (if you have more than one), Release Notes, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Sign Out.
How to use the page headers
Every page now has one header row: the sidebar toggle on the left, where you are in the middle, and the page's own actions (such as Import or Add New) on the right.
See where you are
On a list page, the header shows the list's name, such as Address Book.
On a record, it shows the list and then the record: Address Book › Dock 4, Orders › PO-1042.
On records with tabs, it shows the tab too: Carriers › Acme Freight › Contacts.
On create pages, it shows what you're creating: Shipments › Create New FTL Shipment.
Go back to your list with your filters kept
Filter or search a list, for example the Address Book.
Open a record from it.
Click the list name at the start of the header, Address Book.
The list comes back exactly as you left it, with the same filters and search.
Tip: the list name replaces the old back arrow. It's the quickest way back to where you were.
Shipment summary drawer
When you open a shipment's summary drawer from the Shipments dashboard or the side action button. The shipment's reference ID is now a link. Click it to open the full shipment. View is now the first option in the drawer's ⋮ actions menu.
Works on any screen size
Screen | What you'll see |
Desktop (wide screens) | The sidebar starts expanded. Collapse it whenever you like. |
Laptop and tablet | The sidebar starts collapsed to icons to save space. Hover over an icon to see its menu, or expand the sidebar. |
Phone | A compact bar at the top has a menu button, Search and Ask Swifty. Tap the menu button to open the full navigation as a drawer. |
Where did it go?
If you used to… | Now… |
Use the menus in the top header | Open the same section in the sidebar. |
Click your avatar in the top-right corner | Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar. |
Use a section's own side menu (for example, under Company) | That section's pages are in the sidebar now. Click the section to open them. |
Click the back arrow at the top of a record | Click the list name at the start of the page header. |
Use the "+ New" button | Use Create at the top of the sidebar. |
Prefer the old navigation for now?
You can switch back to the old navigation at any time until January 1, 2027:
Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose Switch to old navigation and confirm.
Your page stays where it is, and nothing you've entered is lost. To come back, choose Switch to the new navigation from your avatar menu, or use the banner at the top of the page. After January 1, 2027, everyone uses the new navigation.
There are also controls to switch to the old navigation and the new navigation in your profile control widget.
Questions?
Contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to Shipwell Support through Help in the sidebar.
Document AI: Folders, Sharing and a Better Document View
Document AI reads the documents your team works with every day, such as bills of lading, invoices, rate confirmations and proof of delivery. It pulls out the information you need and makes every document searchable. This release lets you organize those documents into folders, choose exactly who can see and work with each folder, and follow each document as it's processed.
New to Document AI? contact your Customer Success Manager to turn on Document AI for your account
Why you'll like it
Find documents faster. Group documents in folders and subfolders, and search folder names to jump straight to the one you need.
Share safely. Give teammates access to just the folders they need, as a Viewer, Contributor or Manager. Restrict sensitive folders so only the people you choose can see them.
Less filing work. Drag files from your computer straight into a folder. Drop a whole folder and its subfolders come with it. Move many documents at once, and undo a move if you change your mind.
See what's happening as it happens. Every document shows its live processing step, such as "Reading page 2 of 6", so you know when results are ready.
Check results in one place. Opening a document shows the file, its extracted results and its processing history side by side. Spreadsheets display as tables.
Stay where you were. Going back from a document returns you to the folder you opened it from.
Built for large libraries. The folder list stays fast and easy to scroll with hundreds of folders.
How to use folders
Find your way around
Go to Document AI › Documents. The folder list on the left has:
All Documents: every document you can see.
Unfiled: documents that aren't in a folder yet.
Your folders: click the arrow next to a folder to show its subfolders.
System: folders created automatically for documents from Swifty and AI Worker conversations, pinned at the bottom of the list. See Documents from Swifty and AI Workers below.
The path at the top of the page, for example All / Carrier Invoices / 2026 / October, shows where you are. Click any part of it to jump back up. On narrow screens it shortens to … / October; click … to see the full path.
Search and filter folders
Type in Search Folders at the top of the folder list.
To narrow the list further, click the filter icon beside the search and choose I Can Upload, I Manage or Restricted.
While a filter is on, the icon shows a dot and the heading shows how many folders match. Clear the filter to see every folder again.
Create, rename, move and delete folders
New folder: click the + button at the top of the folder list.
Subfolder, rename, move or delete: open a folder's menu and choose New Subfolder, Rename, Move To… or Delete Folder.
File documents into folders
Drag and drop: drag a document from the list onto a folder.
From the row menu: choose Move To… and pick a folder.
Many at once: select several documents and use the bulk actions to move them together.
Undo: after a move, you get a summary with an Undo option.
Upload straight into a folder
Drag files from your computer onto the Documents page.
Drop them on a folder in the folder list to upload them straight into it.
Drop a whole folder from your computer and its subfolders are created for you.
How to share a folder
Every folder can be shared with teammates. Choose a role for each person:
Role | What they can do |
Viewer | Open the folder and read and download its documents. |
Contributor | Everything a Viewer can do, plus upload, process, update and move documents. |
Manager | Full control of the folder, including creating subfolders, renaming, moving or deleting the folder, deleting documents and granting access to others. |
Give someone access
Open the folder's menu and choose Manage Access.
Add a teammate and pick Viewer, Contributor or Manager.
Save. To change someone's role later, pick a new role next to their name. To take access away, remove them.
Need something in between?
Open Advanced Permissions to choose individual permissions, such as letting someone upload documents without deleting them. Anyone with a mix that doesn't match a role is shown as Custom.
Restrict a folder
By default, a subfolder has Inherit Parent Access turned on. Anyone who can see the parent folder can see it too.
Turn Inherit Parent Access off to make it a Restricted folder. Only the people you grant access to, and your company administrators, can see it.
Good to know: every folder always keeps at least one Manager, so you can't accidentally lock everyone out. Unfiled documents follow your company's default access.
Documents from Swifty and AI Workers
When a document is attached to a conversation with Swifty or processed by an AI Worker in a conversation or thread, Document AI files it for you automatically:
Each conversation gets its own folder. The folder is named after the conversation's ID, for example Conversation 01JB…, so every document from the same conversation or thread is kept together.
You'll find these folders under System, at the bottom of the folder list in Document AI › Documents. They're kept apart from your own folders, so your filing stays tidy.
Documents are processed like any other. Open one to see the file, its extracted results and its processing history, and follow its Run Status live.
Access follows the conversation. Everyone taking part in the conversation can see its folder and documents. Access is added and removed as people join and leave, so it isn't edited from Manage Access.
Documents stay with their conversation. They can't be moved out of a conversation folder, so the conversation always has the files it refers to.
Tip: to find everything from a particular chat or worker thread, open its folder under System. Each document's details also show which conversation it came from.
A better document view
Click any document to open it. Everything about it is in one place:
The file itself. PDFs and images, plus text files and spreadsheets; CSV files display as a table.
Extracted results. The information Document AI pulled out, shown in a clear, readable layout, with the AI model that produced it.
Processing history. Every time the document was processed, so you can compare runs.
Folder and access. Which folder the document is in and who can see it, in one sentence.
Use the panel buttons along the edge of the page to switch between these views.
Process or reprocess a document
Open the document and click Process. If it has been processed before, the button reads Reprocess.
Choose a processing configuration. When you reprocess, the configuration used last time is selected for you.
Confirm. The page switches to the new run so you can watch its progress.
Follow processing live
The Run Status on each document now shows the step it's on, such as Capturing schemas or Reading page 2 of 6, and updates every few seconds. When it's done, it reads Complete, Failed or Skipped. Hover over a Failed or Skipped status to see why.
Also new
Document previews in Swifty. The Documents tab in a Swifty conversation shows a small preview of each document's first page, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Drag files anywhere onto a Swifty chat to attach them. You can send attachments without typing a message, and PDF attachments show their first page.
You can also cut and paste images from the clipboard into chat and they show up in the swifty and worker chat composer windows.
"Read again" in Swifty now reprocesses a chat attachment as expected.
Choose how AI Studio workers process attachments. In the Worker Builder, you can pick a document processing profile for each worker. Built-in workers such as Swifty are marked Platform managed.
Works on smaller screens. On tablets and phones, the page header stacks neatly, the buttons wrap instead of running off the edge, and the Document AI sections become a dropdown.
AI Studio 2.0: AI Workers in Shipwell
AI Studio 2.0 puts AI Workers to work inside Shipwell. Turn on a Worker that Shipwell built and maintains, or build your own. Workers read your Shipwell data, read your freight documents with Document AI, email carriers within rules you set, and ask a person before taking actions you choose. You pay only for the work they do.
Why you'll like it
Workers you can switch on. Shipwell Certified Workers come ready to run, and Shipwell keeps them up to date. You choose how they're reached, when they run, and who approves their actions.
Workers you build yourself. Start from scratch, describe what the Worker should do, and give it the Shipwell tools it needs.
A person stays in control. Actions you choose wait for approval. Rules limit who a Worker may email, when, and how often, and they're enforced on every send.
Pay only for work done. There's no platform fee and no seat license. Buy credits by card or by invoice, set a monthly ceiling, and Workers pause if credits run out.
What's new
Worker Library
All of your Workers are in one place, under AI Studio › Worker Library. My Workers shows the Workers your company runs, with their status and recent activity. The Worker Library tab lists the Workers Shipwell has built for you to turn on.
Shipwell Certified Workers
Shipwell builds, tests, and maintains these Workers. Each one is marked Certified. A Certified Worker's instructions, model, skills, and tools are fixed, so it behaves the same for every customer. On its Edit page, you choose:
how it's reached (Channels)
when it runs on its own (Schedules)
who it may email, and how (Communication policy)
which actions need a person's approval, and who approves them (Tools)
Available at launch: Settlement Prep, Pricing Analyst, and Track and Trace.
Coming Soon: Appointment Scheduler, Order to Shipment Planner, Insight Generation
Build your own Worker
Choose Start from Scratch to build a Worker for work that's specific to your company:
Name it and describe what it should do. Generate expands that description into full instructions.
Add tools from Shipwell's catalog, and attach skills.
Use Test to try it before you go live.
Or describe what you need to Worker Builder, the assistant in the side panel. It checks whether it has enough to go on, chooses the skills and tools the Worker needs, and you refine the result through conversation.
Channels
Workers can be reached by in-app chat, available to everyone in your company with nothing to set up. To have a Worker send and receive email, give it a Virtual Inbox, an email address of its own. Or connect a company Gmail or Outlook mailbox under Channels › Connect a channel. An allowlist controls who can start a conversation with a Worker by email.
Approvals
Any action a Worker takes through a tool can require approval, such as sending an email or updating a shipment. You choose the approvers per tool, and if there is more than 1 approver, the first decision counts. Requests wait in Activity › Needs approval and in your notifications, and the action runs only after someone approves it. If a request expires, the Worker says so in the conversation, and an approver can still approve it later.
Communication policy
Each Worker has Rules that are checked before every email it sends. A Worker may email only:
people already in the conversation
contacts that come from your Shipwell records
addresses you've added yourself
Everything else is blocked. You can also set business hours for emails to people outside your company, and a daily limit per recipient. Flows give a Worker a default plan for an outreach: its goal, who to involve, and how many times to follow up.
Activity
Activity records every conversation a Worker has, as a thread with an ID such as THR-7A8BC8F0. Open a thread to see what, when, and why the worker did what it did, the tools it called, and the credits it used. Use the Needs approval, Waiting on me, and Overdue views to find what needs you.
Analytics
Analytics shows where your credits go: by Worker, by type of work, and by what triggered it. It also shows run counts and how long runs take. Use Export CSV to download the data.
Billing
The Billing page shows your credit balance and how long it's likely to last. From there you can:
buy credits and manage payment methods
set automatic top-up
download receipts and monthly statements
Access
AI Studio access is managed on your Shipwell Users page. Separate settings control who can buy credits and who can see Analytics. Company admins have access from day one.
Working with Document AI
When a Worker receives a document, Document AI reads it first, and the Worker works from what Document AI extracted. You don't have to set anything up to connect the two.
Send the Worker a document. Upload it in chat, or email it to the Worker's inbox as an attachment.
Document AI reads it. It extracts the text, the key fields with a confidence score for each, and any signatures. If one PDF holds several documents, such as an invoice, a POD, and a Lumper Receipt, Document AI splits it into its parts.
The Worker uses the results. It can match a document to its shipment, attach it, check that the paperwork is complete, or audit an invoice against what the load was booked at. Actions you've set to need approval wait for a person.
Choose how documents are read. A Certified Worker comes with its own document processing profile. For other files sent in conversations, set your company's default profile under AI Studio › Document Config. You create and edit profiles in Document AI, which allows you to control what data is extracted.
Find every document a Worker read. Each conversation's documents are filed under System in Document AI › Documents, as described in the Document AI section above.
One credit balance. Document AI is also available on its own. Whether a page is read for a Worker or on its own, it uses the same credits from the same balance.
Pricing and getting started
AI Studio and Document AI are billed by consumption, in credits at $0.01 per credit. A credit is spent when a Worker uses an AI model, or Document AI processes a page. Heavier models and more detailed document extractions use more credits. These are free:
calls to Shipwell's tools
storage
building and testing Workers
runs that fail because of a problem on our side
To get started:
Ask your Shipwell admin for AI Studio access if you don't have it already.
Add credits: Billing › Buy credits by card, or ask your account team to invoice you.
Under Automatic top-up, set a monthly limit so spending never goes past what you choose.
Open Worker Library, choose a Worker, and set it up on its Edit page.
Coming soon
Knowledge: give Workers reference material to work from.
More channels: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and text messages (SMS).
Event triggers: start a Worker when something changes in Shipwell, for example, a shipment's status.
Address Book: Bulk Delete, Notification Settings in Imports, and Optional Contact Details
This release makes it faster to keep your Address Book clean and to import contacts exactly as you want them. You can now delete many addresses at once. You can set each contact's shipment notification preferences directly in your import file. And contact email and phone are now optional, both in imports and in the Address Book form.
⚠️ Important: action needed if you import addresses with contacts Contacts now import with all shipment notifications turned off unless your file says otherwise. Before this release, every imported contact automatically had six shipment notifications and the BOL copy turned on. To keep contacts receiving notifications, download the latest template from the Address Book import page (Importer instructions, sample template, and blank template). Then add the new notification columns described below and set them to TRUE for each contact who should receive emails. |
What's New
Bulk delete addresses
Remove several Address Book entries in one step, without deleting them one at a time.
Select entries with the new checkboxes on the Address Book list, then choose Bulk Actions > Delete.
A confirmation window shows how many addresses you're deleting and lists their names, so you can check before confirming. Deleted addresses cannot be restored.
A progress indicator shows the deletion as it runs, and a message confirms the result when it finishes.
If some addresses can't be deleted, the message tells you how many succeeded. The addresses that failed stay selected so you can try again.
Available to users who have permission to delete Address Book entries.
Note: You can select entries on the page you're viewing only. Your selection clears when you change the page, page size, search, sort or filters.
Set contact notification preferences in Address Book imports
The Address Book import template has eight new optional columns. Use them to choose which shipment emails each contact receives, with the same options as the checkboxes on the Address Book contact form.
Column header | Contact receives an email when… |
Contact Notify Booked | A shipment is booked |
Contact Notify Picked Up | A shipment is picked up |
Contact Notify ETA Changed | A shipment's ETA changes |
Contact Notify Delayed | A shipment is delayed |
Contact Notify Cancellation | A shipment is cancelled |
Contact Notify Delivered | A shipment is delivered |
Contact Notify Trailer Assigned | A trailer is assigned to a shipment |
Contact Send Copy of BOL | A copy of the Bill of Lading is included. It's sent with the booking email, so set Contact Notify Booked to TRUE as well. |
Enter TRUE or FALSE in each cell. Yes/No and 1/0 also work.
A blank cell, or a column that isn't in your file, means that notification is off.
Column headers must match the names above exactly so they map automatically.
If a cell contains a value that isn't true or false, that row is flagged with "Must be a valid boolean."
Improvements
Contact email and phone are now optional. You can import or save a contact without an email address or phone number. An email is required only when at least one notification is turned on. Otherwise you'll see "A valid email is required to receive notifications." This applies to both imports and the Address Book form.
Addresses without contacts. An import row with all contact cells blank creates the address with no contact.
Cleaner Address Book form layout.
Fixes
Contacts imported without an email or phone number can now be edited and saved in the Address Book. Before, the form required both fields before it would save.
Shipment notifications now skip stop contacts that have no email address.
FSC For Spot Bids & Non Contract Tenders
Shippers can assign a default Fuel Surcharge Table to carriers that can be used when assigning the carrier via the Spot Bid & Non Contract Tendering processes. Going into the carrier profile, the user can select a default fuel surcharge table to be used when not assigning a contract to a shipment.
Once a FSC table has been selected, when tendering a shipment to this carrier and not using a contract, the FSC amount will automatically be calculated and included in the tender request. Once the carrier accepts the tender, the FSC amount will appear as a charge item in the shipment financials.
Also, if the shipper requests a bid from the carrier, the carrier can enter their bid for the linehaul amount as they do today. However, if the carrier’s bid is accepted by the shipper, the fuel surcharge amount will be calculated at that time and will be displayed in the shipment financials as a separate charge item.
API Changes
One change may need attention from existing integrations.
Area | Change | Impact |
Shipments |
| Action required |
Tendering | Fuel surcharge preview schemas | New capability |
Inbox | Optional | New capability |
Action Required
These changes are additive or widen what the API accepts or returns. Clients that validate strictly against the previous schema may reject data that is now valid.
1. Hazmat packing group is now optional
What changed: packing_group on Hazmat is now nullable in the Core API and is no longer a required field in the Orders API. Some materials have no packing group under 49 CFR 172.101, such as Class 2 gases, and for those the field is omitted or returned as null.
What to check: If your client treats packing_group as a required, non-null string, handle null and a missing value. When you send hazmat entries for materials that have no packing group, omit the field.
What’s New
Fuel surcharge preview schemas (Core API)
Two schemas describe a preview of the carrier default fuel surcharge that a non-contract tender would be created with. The external API spec does not yet publish an operation that uses them.
Schema | Description |
| Request: |
| Response: |
Inbox message expiry (Core API)
Schema | New field | Description |
|
| Date-time, nullable. When set, the message is hidden from the inbox after this time. |

Improved Accuracy for Carrier Tenders: Fixed an issue where tender requests and rate confirmations defaulted to a facility's opening hours instead of the specific appointment time scheduled. Carriers will now see the exact "At Time" scheduled for a stop, ensuring more accurate scheduling and reducing manual overrides. |
Restored Appointment Visibility on Android: Resolved a bug in the Android driver app where pickup and delivery times were incorrectly displaying the current device time or appearing blank. Drivers can now reliably see their scheduled appointment times on the active shipments list and stop details screens. |
Self-Service Stop Time Corrections: Drivers using the Android app can now manually correct stop arrival and departure timestamps after they have been recorded. This allows drivers to fix inaccuracies caused by automated geofencing, such as when a departure is logged before an arrival. |
Enhanced Document Viewing on Android: Drivers can now view every page of multi-page PDF documents, such as Bills of Lading, directly within the Android app. We have also improved the rendering resolution to ensure text remains crisp and readable on high-density screens. |
Expanded Tracking for LTL Carriers: Shipwell now supports automated status updates for carriers assigned directly via API. This ensures that even shipments without a traditional EDI tender process will receive real-time tracking events, including appointment updates and arrival/departure flags. |
Resolved Carrier Awarding Blocks: We fixed a bug where carriers with active global profiles were incorrectly flagged as "Inactive" during live auctions. Shippers can now reliably award bids to compliant carriers without being blocked by stale automated compliance checks. |
Flexible Hazmat Packing Groups: To align with DOT regulations (49 CFR), the "Packing Group" field is now optional for hazardous materials that do not require one, such as Class 2.1 and 2.2 gases. When "N/A" is selected, the packing group will be automatically omitted from generated shipping papers and BOLs, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing data entry errors. |
Consistent Mileage Calculations: We resolved an issue where the distance shown on an Order Summary differed from the mileage on the resulting shipment. Distances are now calculated consistently across both records, ensuring accurate freight spend estimates. |
Improved Invoice Progression: Invoices move through settlement as expected, rather than stalling once they are marked Received. |
Flexible Invoice Matching Window: Set how far back inbound EDI invoices are matched to shipments, per tenant, defaulting to 365 days. |
Restored Settlements Carrier Filter: The carrier filter in the Settlements object returns results again. |
Reliable Invoice Status Updates: Invoice status updates are published once, even when first pass match is running at the same time. |
Carrier Invoices With Updated Packaging Types: Carrier invoices are no longer rejected when a line item uses a packaging type that invoice validation did not recognise. |
Consistent NetSuite Address Sync: Editing an address in NetSuite, for example adding the four digit ZIP extension, now updates the matching Address Book entry instead of creating a duplicate. Shipwell matches on the NetSuite Location ID, which stays constant across edits. |
Improved Platform Resilience: Maintains smooth operations when a key third-party integration has an outage, so the platform keeps serving normally rather than restricting functionality. |
Combine Orders With Different Temperature Requirements: Orders whose temperature ranges do not overlap can now be combined on one shipment, and the shipment takes the widest range across them. Previously the combination was rejected. |
Security Hardening: Additional hardening applied to Orders data filtering. |
Improved Template Builder Reliability: Improved reliability when generating documents in high volume. The By Handling Unit option in template configuration now describes what it actually does, one page per handling unit of each line item, for example one label per pallet. |
Complete Order Details on Self Scheduling Appointments: When an external booker adds an order manually, the reference numbers, package details, driver name and phone, and notes they enter now appear on the facility calendar card, in the appointment details panel, in the booker’s Appointments list, and in the Link Reference Number search. Previously this information was saved but never displayed. |
Complete Facility Hours in Self Scheduling: Facility hours now display correctly for weekends, overnight windows and 24-hour days, so carriers see every slot that is genuinely available. |
Fewer Steps to Book in Self Scheduling: When a shipment is linked, the booking wizard no longer asks for a Load Type or a Carrier Name, because the shipment already determines both. The times offered are now the times the facility will actually accept for that shipment, and the appointment carries the right Load Type, duration and all-day setting. |
Requested Appointments Always Visible: Calendar filters and saved views no longer hide Requested and Unscheduled appointments from the sidebar, so appointments a booker has requested stay on the facility’s to-do list until someone acts on them. |
Clearer Appointment Numbers in Self Scheduling: Appointments booked through Self Scheduling now show an Appointment # instead of a Confirmation #, so the reference is not tied to whether the appointment has been confirmed. The number also now appears on the pending review window, where it previously showed as blank, and remains searchable in Shipwell. |
Accurate Calendar Week Picker: In Week view the date picker and the calendar grid now show the same week. |
