How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple and can be done easily through the track & trace code provided. Here’s how you can track your order step-by-step:

Check Your Email for the Track & Trace Code

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing your track & trace code.

  • This email will include a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the progress of your shipment.

  • Click on the link provided in the email to go directly to the carrier’s tracking page.

Track Your Order Through Our Website Chat

In addition to using the track & trace code, you can also track your order directly through our website chat. Here’s how:

  • Look for the chat icon at the bottom right corner of our website. Click on it to open the chat window.

  • In the chat window, you will be prompted to enter your order number and zip code.

  • Provide the required information accurately to retrieve your order details.

  • Once you have entered your order number and zip code, the chat system will provide you with the current status of your order, similar to the information you would get from the track & trace code.

Additional Tips

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

  • If you do not see the email with your track & trace code in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails may be filtered into these folders.

  • Save the email with the track & trace code for easy reference until your order has been delivered.
