Step 1: Order the correct product

You can order the correct product and return the incorrect one by following these steps:

Step 2: Submit Return Request

1. Go to our return portal: Visit https://shop4trac.shipping-portal.com/rp/

2. Fill out the form: Complete all required fields, including order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

3. Receive confirmation: After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions within a few minutes.

4. Packaging instructions: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage during transport.

Step 4: Return the Product

5. Return label: Use the attached return label from the confirmation email. Print it out and attach it to the package.

6. Shipping: Bring the package to the specified shipping point indicated in the instructions. Keep the shipping receipt as a reference.

Step 5: Processing the Return

7. Receipt confirmation: Once we have received the return package, you will receive a confirmation email.

8. Inspection and refund: After inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive the amount via the originally used payment method.

Please note:

Return period: You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

Return conditions: Products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the return instructions.

Outside the EU: Please sent us an email to our support@shop4trac.com so we can provide a return label.
