2 · Complete KYC with Easebuzz
After sign‑up, an Easebuzz representative will reach out to finish KYC. Keep these documents handy:

Easebuzz may ask for additional proof (e.g. GST certificate). They’ll communicate this directly.
3 · Add the Shopflo webhook on your Easebuzz dashboard
While KYC is in progress, set up the mandatory transaction webhook so Shopflo can instantly reconcile payments.
Note: If the webhook is not set-up on the Easebuzz side then the payments will not go through and the order will not be placed or created even if the payment is deducted from the customer's side.
Log in to the Easebuzz dashboard.
Navigate to Payment Gateway › Account Settings › Webhooks.
Choose Transaction webhook.
Add this URL exactly:
https://api.shopflo.co/public/api/v1/pg/easebuzz/webhook/payment/statusSave settings ⚙️ and then enable the webhook.
Note: Also, this process is not needed to be done if you are a new merchant who is onboarding on Easebuzz via the Shopflo referral link, as this is taken care by the Shopflo and Easebuzz team while your onboarding is done.
Test tip: After enabling, trigger a ₹1 test payment in sandbox mode and check that the order appears in Shopflo.
4 · Receive your “Live Kit”
Note: Easebuzz shares the key and salt via email. If you haven't received any email from them, please reach out to the Easebuzz team to get key and salt.
Once KYC is approved, Easebuzz will email a Live Kit containing:
API Key
Salt Key
If you haven’t received the email within two business days of KYC approval, ping Easebuzz support (support@easebuzz.in).
5 · Paste keys in Shopflo
In the Shopflo dashboard, go to Settings › Payment Settings.
Select Easebuzz.
Paste API Key into API key field.
Paste Salt Key into API secret field.
Click Save.
Your Easebuzz gateway is now live! 🎉
