RTO (Return to Origin) risk scoring is a valuable feature available on Shopflo that helps merchants assess the risk level of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. By assigning a risk score to each order, this feature helps merchants make informed decisions and manage their operations more effectively.
Step 1:
Navigate to the Order section.
Step 2:
Scroll down to find the new column labeled RTO Risk. This column indicates the risk level of the order.
We determine the risk level by checking multiple parameters such as the address and previous behavior. We also assess whether the email associated with the order appears legitimate.
Step 3:
Based on the risk level, decide whether to cancel or proceed with the order.
