1. When did the Upsell App become a paid feature?
The Upsell App became a paid feature on May 1, 2025, priced at ₹3500/month.
However, as one of Shopflo’s most valued customers, we’ve enabled it for you at no cost for the months of May and June.
Starting July 1, 2025, a subscription fee of ₹3500/month will apply to your next invoice.
2. When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged starting from your next billing cycle.
Example: If today is June, charges will appear in your July invoice.
3. How do I cancel or stop using the Upsell App?
You can cancel your Upsell subscription anytime by:
Going to the App Store
Clicking Your Subscriptions
Selecting Cancel Subscription
Or manage it via your dashboard here: Shopflo Dashboard
4. What features come with the Upsell App?
Custom Upsell Groups
Create custom upsell groups based on cart conditions. You can choose to show the upsell group to everyone, with no conditions, or only when the cart contains a certain product, variant, or product from a certain collection.
Example: If the cart contains a cleanser, you can suggest upsells like a toner or moisturiser. If the cart contains a lipstick, you can suggest other lipstick shades or products of your choice.
Discounts on Upsells
Offer a flat percentage discount on some or all items in the upsell group.
Example: if a customer adds shoes to their cart, you can show them an upsell group with related items on sale, like socks at 10% off.
Upsell Analytics
Get insights into which cart and upsell pairings work best, and use that information to create more effective upsell campaigns tailored to your store.
