Share estimates, invoices, and messages with your customers

Please Note: For this article, we will be referring to estimates. However, invoices can be inserted interchangeably wherever estimates are mentioned since sending estimates and invoices follows the same process.

Send an Estimate to the Customer

Open up the estimate you’d like to send to your customer. Select the Share button located to the right of the estimate title.

Recipient

Select the method (SMS or Email) you would like to use to send the estimate to the customer.

Customize Message

Customize the subject line and message sent to your customer.

Request Authorization

Select whether or not you would like to request customer authorization.

  • Request Authorization: Allow customers to authorize the estimate and work to be done

  • Request E-signature: Allow customers to electronically sign when authorizing estimates

Estimate Display Options

Select which information you’d like to include on the shared estimate.

  • Display Messages: Allow customers to view messages sent between them and the shop

  • Display Authorization History: Allow customers to view the authorizations made to this order

Customer Estimate Preview

Select Customer Estimate Preview to open a new tab to check that you’re happy with the estimate and message shared with your customer.

Send Estimate

Select Send when you’re ready to share the estimate with your customer.
