Whether you’re looking to backup your data or use your data in a different application, Shopmonkey has you covered when it comes to exporting your data.

What kind of data can I export?

We believe in making it easy to get to your data and use it where you want. Below are the types of data that you can easily export from Shopmonkey:

Customers, Vehicles, Fleets, Vendors, Inventory, and Reports.

How do I export my data?

We’ve added an export button wherever you’ll be viewing the information you might want to move from Shopmonkey. One common example of exported data is the list of customers.

To export customer data go to Lists > Customers to access the list of all of your Customers, then click the export button.

That’s it! Your data will be downloaded as an Excel file (.xlsx) and you’ll be able to use that file in any application you want.

What are the most frequently exported items?

Some reports that are commonly exported are All Invoices, Line Item Detail, and Profitability.

You can export all of your reports by clicking on the Export button at the top-right of the report.
