If you have not received our 6 digit code, it may be located in the SPAM folder of your text messages. If you are unsure of where to find this folder you can follow the steps below. If you are still unable to locate the code, please send us a message at support@shoprrewards.com.
iPhone (iOS)
Open the Messages app
Tap on Filters (top left corner)
Select Unknown & Junk
Look through messages from unknown senders
Tap the message, select Not Spam, and tap Move to Messages
Android
Since Android users can have more than one options, we have included steps for the two most commonly used Android messaging apps below
Samsung Messages
Open the Messages app
Tap the three dots menu (top right)
Select Settings
Tap Block numbers and messages
Tap Blocked messages to see filtered messages
Optional: Long-press the message, tap Unblock
Google Messages
Open the Messages app
Tap the three dots menu (top right)
Select Spam & blocked
Optional: Tap on the message, tap Not spam
