The Product Details Page is where you view and manage all information for a single product. From basic details like name and images to variants, inventory, pricing, and integrations, this page organizes everything into clear sections so you can quickly find and update what you need.
Two ways to get here:
From the Products View : Click any product name (or create a new product)
From the Variants View: Click any variant name (or create a new product)
Use the option on the left to navigate to the various sections of your Product Details Page.
Product
Basic Details for your product can be found and edited here:
Product Name
Description
Images
Upload new product images, drag to reorder, or click to view enlarged images. The red trash can icon on the bottom left of each image will allow you to delete.

If Shopify or WooCommerce are enabled for the product, you'll also see these field options:

Classification
Use categories to group and organize your products for POS and e-commerce. Assign existing categories or create new ones in this section.

Management
Update your product's Vendors and Modifiers from the Management Section.
Assign Vendors to all variants under a product by selecting an existing Vendor, or creating a new one. If you'd rather set different Vendors for each variant, edit within the Identification Section instead.
View and edit modifiers to customize products at the point of sale, while maintaining accurate inventory quantities. Modifiers are available for Clover and Square users, on the Starter Plan or above.
If a modifier is not found, you'll have the option to click "Add New Modifier". If selected, it will open the Modifiers Page in a new window to create your new modifier group!
Internal Notes
Add Internal Notes to the Product.
These notes are searchable and available as a column from the Products View.
Variants
Create and manage product Variants and Attributes, such as size and color, or convert them into Bundles. You can add or remove variants and attributes, edit their names, convert to bundles, and view bundle components.
Identification
View and edit details that identify each variant.
Customize your view, choose from the following columns to display by clicking the Manage Columns Icon:
Bulk Actions are available without selecting variants, choose from the following from the Actions Icon (⋮) to do the following for ALL variants:
Copy Barcode to SKU
Copy SKU to Barcode
You also have the option of selecting specific variants first before doing these actions.
Additional columns can be edited individually by switching to Edit Mode, including Variant Image, Vendor and Vendor SKU.
Inventory
View key inventory details for your product.
Total Stock shows the stock across all locations. Track Inventory indicates if inventory tracking is enabled or disabled.
You can also see Reorder Points & Targets (Min and Max), Default Cost, and Shelf Life (days) by clicking the Manage Columns Icon.
Switch to Edit Mode to update Reorder Point, Target, Default Cost, and Shelf Life for each variant. To edit location-specific details, toggle off the Use Defaults setting.
Pricing
View and manage product pricing, price types, and assigned taxes.
This section shows Variant Price, Pricing Type, Tax Rates, Location-specific prices, and any Integration-specific pricing and related fields.
Switch to Edit Mode to change pricing and taxes for your product.

Choose to enable or disable shipping fields, including Product and Variant Weight and Dimensions.
Note: Variant-level shipping fields are only supported for Shopify and WooCommerce
Integrations
View and manage (Integration-specific) pricing for all integrations.
If you have Shopify or WooCommerce integrated, and have integration-specific fields enabled in your Thrive account, these can be managed here.
Integration-specific fields can be enabled from your Settings ->Integrations Page.
Additional Actions
Other actions available on the Product Details page
Delete
Select this option on the Product Details page to permanently delete the product (including all variants) at all of your locations. Deletions cannot be undone, so double-check before confirming. Your inventory and sales history will be preserved in reports.
Duplicate
Make a copy of this product, including details. Thrive will label the duplicate with (Copy) in the product name. You may need to add or generate a SKU for the new item. Bundles that are copied will include the original component(s).
Note: Copying a product in Thrive won’t copy fields that are managed by your integration(s); those must be set after the item syncs to your integration.
Audit Log
Review your product's audit log, including information on edits made, and by whom. This gives you a more refined log than the overall account audit log.
Where's the Manual Sync?
You can manually sync products from the Products View of your catalog by clicking on the Actions menu at the end of the row, then "Sync to Sales Channel".
