How to Change/ Add Contact Address and Rep

To change or add Contact Information or Rep

Start on your Main Vault Page


Add Contact Record

  • Click -> Manage Contacts

  • Click -> +Add Contact

  • Add necessary information in the correct fields

  • Click -> Add Contact, after everything has been added to save

  • Click -> Done

Your new contact should now appear


Changing Contact Details - Address

  • Click ->Manage Contacts

  • Click -> Edit

  • Make the necessary changes

  • Click -> Update Contact

  • Click -> Done


Contact details should now appear correctly


Deleting a Representative

  • Click -> Manage Contacts

  • Click -> The Trash Can

  • Click -> Delete Contact

  • Click -> Done

Rep should no longer appear


Add a Representative

  • Click -> Manage Contacts

  • Click -> +Add Rep

  • Start typing in the Rep - in Rep Field

  • Select the correct one in the drop down

  • Type in the Region

  • Click -> Add Rep

  • Click -> Done

Your Rep should now display
