Start from your main Vault Page
First thing: You will need to make sure your profile picture is already downloaded on to your device.
Scroll down to Leadership People or Creative People list
Click directly on the name of the persons record you want to add a picture to (in this case I would click on "Incognito"
Hover over the box above their name with the circle in it or possibly already a picture
Click -> Pencil Icon
Select Files...
Save
