I'm a CD Baby Artist or Soundrop, why can't I access Pre-Saves?

As a CD Baby or Soundrop Artist, you should have access to Show.co Pre-Save Campaigns. If you try to create a campaign and you are asked to upgrade your account, likely, your account is not connected to your Show.co account.

Please email support@show.co with the email address you use for your Show.co account and the email address on your CD Baby or Soundrop account and we'll get you on the right plan
