My Profile - this is found at the top right hand side of the screen when logged into your account (a user icon next to your name).

This feature is where you can edit your personal preferences like the color that you show up as throughout the app, email signature, session lifetime etc. These settings only apply to you, and not for the company.

User Timezone

Set your timezone. The company will have an overall set time zone, but if you are working in a different city than the rest of the team, then you can change your personal time zone to match.

User Color

Choose the color that you appear as throughout the app. This includes booking appointments, dashboard activity, tasks etc.

Email Signature

Save time and set your email signature. This will appear automatically when you send emails through the system. You can customize your email signature with basic html.

Shortened Date Format

Choose the format that the shortened date appears throughout the app.

Full Date Format

Choose the format that the full dates appears throughout the app.

Time Format

Choose the format that times will appear throughout the app -24hr clock vs. 12hr

Session Lifetime

This is a security measure we have added so that if you happen to leave the system without logging out, it will log you out automatically after a set amount of time. By default this is set to "unlimited" and will not log you out, so if you wanted to have the system log you out automatically, simply select the amount of time that you want to be "inactive" for before it closes the session.

Tasks Widget Default

When you login, the dashboard will show "all tasks" by default. However, if you want to see only your tasks by default, select "My tasks"

Appointments Widget Default

When you login, the dashboard will show "All appointments" by default. However, if you want to see only your appointments by default, select "My appointments"
