Adding A Currency For A Brand

By default, when you create a new brand, the currency will be the same as your company currency.

To add a new currency:

  1. Go to the brand's profile

  2. Select the "CURRENCIES" tab

  3. Select "ADD CURRENCY" button

  4. Select the options for the currency

  5. Select "Save"

Currency Status

Home Currency - The brand home currency can be different from your company home currency. To change the brand home currency >add a new currency > select "Actions" menu >Choose "Set As Home".

Manual Pricing - Input pricing manually for each product. Click the number of products missing the currency to see a full list. Prices can also be set thru the product import wizard with a CSV file. For more information on how to import products, see here.

Automatic Pricing - Use automatic pricing based on exchange rates from your home currency.

Note: Only manual and automatic pricing can be removed. If a brand home currency is not needed, you can choose to disable the currency.

CUSTOMERS

Customers can be assigned to a default currency.

ORDERS

The order currency will default to the selected customer's assigned currency if it is one of the currencies offered by the brand. If not, you will have the option to choose one of the brand's currencies.

If you wish to edit the order's currency, you can do so by changing the order to draft status first. Move the order back to "Active" after the change.
