You can create customized reports using pivot tables by exporting your ShowroomHQ order details.
We have created report templates for Sales by Product + Customer and Best Sellers List which you can download and use. Download the custom report file.
How To Export Your Orders Into Custom Pivot Table
Go to ORDERS
Filter orders if necessary
Go to ACTIONS >EXPORT ORDERS (DETAILED)
4. In the export file, copy orders data. Click on the corner of the spreadsheet to select all the data in this spreadsheet then right click on the mouse and select copy (or press CTRL + C)
5. Open the "ShowroomHQ Custom Pivot Table Reports.xlsx"
6. Paste the data into the worksheet "Your Data". Click on the corner of the spreadsheet or select cell A1 and right click on the mouse and select paste (or press CTRL + P)
7. Save worksheet
8. Go any pivot table template tab, click anywhere inside the table until you see the "PivotTable Analyze" option available in the top menu. In this menu option, choose "Refresh". This will refresh the data to now have the report with your copied data.
9. Save your file.
