In the collection view, you can use the Bulk Edit button to add products. You can create all your product details first then add the images afterwards OR you can upload all your images first then proceed to add in the product details.

Method 1: Adding Product Details First

This is a good method if you do not have a spreadsheet of the product's information.

1. Select Bulk Edit

2. Add Products - you can continue to add more products as you complete the details. Remember to save changes when you are done adding all your products.

3. Add your image(s):

---> Click on the "+" to add a single image OR

---> Drag an image into the "+" box OR

---> Select the "Add Photos" button if your image file name is the same as the style #. The system will automatically match up to 100 photos.

4. To move your products, drag and drop the products by grabbing the arrows. You can also use the Bulk Edit button >Bulk Edit menu >select the group to move the products to.

Method 2: Adding Images First

This is a good method if your images do not have the same name as the style #.

1. Click the "Add Photos" button > Click "Choose Files" - this will open up a window to files on your computer. You may select more than one image at a time by selecting the first image + holding the Shift key + clicking on the last image in the group of images that you want to add > Open. All images will download to the group.

2. Bulk Edit

Once you have your images uploaded > click the "Bulk Edit" button which will allow you to edit all the products straight from the collection list page.

You can add Style #, Name (if product has name), Description, Wholesale $, Retail $, Size Scale, Category (choose from the drop down), Colors (add as many as you need) - you can TAB through these fields for more time efficiency.

3. Save the changes

Click on the image to play tutorial or to view it full screen.
