If you are using the Showroom, it will be important to keep your collections up to date, with all the current information. If your customers are viewing them on a regular basis, you'll want to make sure they have all of the proper details to make great buying decisions.ย
Collections List
All of the collections will be listed on the Collections page - Active and Disabled. In the "Actions" button, you can add a new collection from this page, as well as add an individual product. You can filter this list by:
Brand Name
Collection Name
Division Name
Season
Status
Year
Bulk Editing in Collection View
When you click into a collection from the Collections List, you will be taken into the selected Collection View.
With the Bulk Edit button, you can also easily do the following to selected products in a group while in Collection View:
Add products (this will keep you in the Collection View)
Archive and delete products
Duplicate products
Change the wholesale $ or retail $, size scale, category
Move the products to another collection/group (within the same brand)
Remember to save your bulk changes by selecting the "SAVE" button or by clicking on the "Please save Collection data" link at the bottom of the screen.
To move your products, drag and drop the products by grabbing the arrows. You can also use the Bulk Edit button >Bulk Edit menu >select the group to move the products to.
Product List
Search through a list of products that have been added to a collection in the Product List. Under Collections from the main menu, click "Products".
Search: Find a product by typing in the Product Style search field OR Filter the list by:
Brand
Collection
Category
Color
Currency
Group
Import
Retail & Wholesale Price
Season
Size Scale
Status

2. Bulk Edit: Use the bulk edit option to archive, make active or delete products.
3. Add Products: Add individual products or import from a file.
4. Export Products: Export a list of products. Use the filters to select your export criteria. Images will not be exported.
