Invited customers to your showroom

When you finally have your Showroom setup, you can start to personally invite customers through the system. There are 2 ways to do this:

SENDING INDIVIDUAL INVITATIONS

  1. Go to customer account, and go to contact

  2. Contact > click "Edit"

  3. From the Edit contact screen go to "Website Password" and click "(invite user)"

  4. The system will send this user an email to set their password to login

By default we have a generic email that is set up to send to your customers. To edit this email:

  1. Go to Company Settings

  2. Online Showroom

  3. Invitation Template > Save Changes

SENDING INVITATIONS VIA BULK EMAIL

To send a large number of customers an invitation to visit your Showroom at one time you can use Bulk Emails - this will save a lot of time, instead of clicking each individual customer one by one.

The email will direct them to your ShowroomHQ online ordering portal. They will be asked to enter their email address. The system will send them an email with a unique access link. If their email address is not already in the system, they can register to create an account.

If you need help to create a bulk email, follow the instructions here.

Here's an email template you can use (replace https://yourcompany.showroomhq.com with your company's url):
