Brands, Products, Orders, Favorites, Contact and Settings

BRANDS



This is the first page you will see when logged into the Showroom. Choose to browse by specific brand or by all brands. To browse by single brand go to the logo, and then click "Shop Brand". To browse all brands click "Shop All Brands". 

The brands will be listed in the left panel underneath the product search field. 

Each brand will have a description as well as the accompanying logo. The brands will also be broken up into their collections

BROWSING COLLECTIONS


All products will be broken down by brand, however you can search for an individual product by typing into the "Search Products" field. Search by style # or by keywords (ie: pants, dresses, tops).

Products will also be broken down by collection, so if you know the brand and collection the product is in, you can filter it using the choices in the left bar. 

To hide the side menu, click the " < " arrow to close it. This will provide more space to view products on the main screen. 

CREATING & MANAGING ORDERS


How to start an order:

1. While shopping through the product list, click on the product that you'd like to order

2. Click "Add to Order"

3. Add the number of units to buy by typing into the blank fields underneath each product option.

4. Click "Add to Order"

5. Products will appear in "Working Order" - *note that the working order will always stay at the top of the products list until that order is submitted. Only one order can be worked on per brand at a time.


6. When you're done adding products to the order, click "Working Order" to review.

7. Click "Edit" to make any changes.

  • To change the Ship To/ Bill To locations, click on the "Ship To" or "Bill To" header for options.

  • To change the Ship Date/ Cancel Date, click on the calendar icon. This option will not be available if it's disabled by the showroom admin.

  • You have the option to also delete the order


8. Add comments to your order in the "Comment" box at the bottom of the order

9. Review the Terms of Sales

10. Click "Submit Order" to send the order for approval. Your sales rep will receive notification of your order.

11. Click "Email" to send a PDF of the order using quick email to yourself.

You can login to the system at anytime to review pending orders, past orders and favorites.

*Note that once an order is submitted, and confirmed by the brand manager, the order will no longer show an Edit button, as you can no longer make changes to it. Should you need to make changes, please contact your sales rep.

Order Status:

When an order has been created it will appear under Orders. The status of the order will be in either:

  1. DRAFT - an order that isn't yet submitted. Buyers can edit these orders.

  2. SUBMITTED - an order that has been submitted for review. Buyers can edit these orders.

  3. ACTIVE - an order that has been reviewed and approved by brand manager

  4. SHIPPED - order has been shipped out

*Note that you can only create orders per brand, products from different brands will not show up on the same order, rather create a whole new order for the different brand.

FAVORITES


Finding items that are great, but not sure/ready to order them? Add these items to your Favorites. Add any product to your favorites list, by clicking on the "heart icon" next to the product. This product will show up in the regular products list as highlighted with a heart in the top right hand corner of the image. 

From the main menu "Favorites" will show the number of favorites in your list in a pink circle next to it. 

To remove a product from favorites

  1. Click the product you want to remove

  2. From the product displayed in the right panel click "remove from favorites" 

CONTACT


Need to contact a brand manager or the showroom directly? Go to "Contact" from the main menu. Under contact, there will be a list of all brand managers with their email address, phone number, and mailing address. Send a direct message to the agency by filling out the contact form with your Name, Email Address, and Message and click "Send Message".

SETTINGS


Want to change your name, email, phone number or password? Click on the "gear" icon at the top right corner next to the question mark icon. If you want to change your company name or address, you will need to contact the agency directly to have them change it on their end.
