1. HOW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS MANAGED
Your Subscription is managed by Apple or Google Play, depending on your device.
When subscribing to Shuffle, you'll receive a 30 day free trial. Once your free trial has ended it will automatically convert to a £2.99 monthly subscription.
To confirm if you have an active subscription with Shuffle -> Navigate to your device settings -> search for Subscriptions. You can confirm whether your Shuffle subscription is currently active.
Shuffle fact: One reward may be enough to cover your monthly subscription!
2. CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Since your subscription is managed by Apple or Google, Shuffle is unable to cancel your subscription for you.
To Cancel your active subscription:
Go to your device Settings
Search for Subscriptions
Tap on Shuffle
Click on Cancel Subscription.
3. REQUEST A REFUND
Shuffle is unable to reimburse you for subscription fees. Refund Requests would be issued through either Apple or Google Play Store.
