Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to past transactions, even if they were made at a Shuffle partner venue.
To start earning rewards, you’ll need to:
Subscribe to Shuffle.
Connect your bank card within the app.
Make a qualifying transaction at a Shuffle venue.
You’ll earn rewards on eligible purchases made after these steps have been completed.
"BUT MY BANK CONNECTION EXPIRED..."
If you're currently subscribed and had your connection to your linked card expired-- Not to worry! Simply reconnect your card and your reward should automatically apply within the next 2 days. If it's been longer than two days, please reach out to Customer Support. We're here to help :)
To reconnect your expired card:
Navigate to your Profile tab on your Shuffle app
Choose 'Linked Account'
Click 'Reconnect'
