Venue changes and reward eligibility
We'll notify you about venue changes when you next log in to your Shuffle app. If a venue is being removed, we'll let you know in advance and provide the date when it will no longer be eligible for rewards.
Earning rewards at newly added venues
You can start earning rewards as soon as a venue is added to Shuffle. Transactions made before the venue joined Shuffle are not eligible for rewards.
When a venue is removed from Shuffle
Once a venue is removed, you can no longer earn rewards there. However, if you're missing a reward for a transaction completed before the removal date, please contact Customer Support with your transaction details and we'll be happy to review your case.
