Free trials are available to new Shuffle users. The trial length depends on how you sign up:
Direct sign-up through the app
Using a friend's referral code
Applying a promotional code
Your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription when it ends. All trials and subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google Play (depending on your device), not through Shuffle. To modify or cancel your subscription, you'll need to do so through your device settings.
I was charged after using a referral code
If you were charged immediately, you've likely had a Shuffle subscription before, even if you deleted your old account and created a new one. Apple and Google Play track subscription history per user, not per account.
Does Shuffle track my trial history?
No, we don't-- we leave that to the history buffs. For privacy and compliance reasons, Apple and Google Play don't share complete subscription history with Shuffle. However, they maintain their own records and will automatically charge you if you've previously had a trial, even when using a referral code.
