Cashback is only applied to purchases made at the time of your visit, prebookings and deposits aren't eligible for rewards.
Why is this?
Cashback is triggered when a payment is made in person at a participating venue. Because deposits and prebookings are taken in advance, they don't qualify at the point of payment.
When will I earn cashback?
If you make a purchase on the day of your visit, cashback will be applied as normal. Just make sure the venue is listed in your app and that you pay with your linked bank account.
Please note: Any cashback awarded on prebookings or deposits are considered ineligible and are subject for removal from your Shuffle account.
