Update Your Name or Email Address
If you need to update your name and/or email address on your Shuffle account, please contact Customer Support directly through the Shuffle app.
Be ready to provide:
Your current account details
The updated name or email address you’d like to use
An agent will review your information and reach you to confirm when this has been completed.
**Special Note**
Updating your email address only changes where receive notifications from Shuffle. This does NOT change the way you login to your app.
Update your Phone Number
In your Shuffle app:
Navigate to your Profile tab
Click on 'Personal details'
Tap on 'Update Phone Number'
Enter your new desired phone number
You'll be provided with an OTP code to confirm the change
