Receiving rewards after your transaction:
Rewards are applied to your Shuffle account as soon as your bank notifies us that you've made a payment at a Shuffle venue. Some banks take seconds to do this, others can take up to 2 days (e.g. Nationwide).

If your transaction has fully cleared and it’s been more than 2 days, log on to your Shuffle app to contact our Support Team with the following details to help us investigate quickly:
A screenshot of the transaction from your banking app
The venue name and date of purchase
The total amount spent
We’ll take it from there!
2. Withdrawing your rewards from Shuffle to your Bank:
You can transfer your rewards to your connected bank account instantly. It takes us around 2 to 3 working days to move the money from your Shuffle account to your connected bank account.
