Once you've requested a withdrawal, it takes us around 2 to 3 working days to move your funds from your Shuffle account to your connected bank account.
If your withdrawal has taken longer than 3 days, please contact Customer Support directly through your Shuffle app. We're happy to help!
Withdraw your rewards directly through your Shuffle app:
Navigate to your 'Activity' tab
Tap on 'Withdraw' from your available balance
Follow the prompts.
