How Shuffle Cashback Works
Shuffle gives you cashback rewards when you pay at participating venues using a bank card connected to your Shuffle account.

You can earn rewards from 5% up to 100% of your total transaction. The fun part? Rewards are randomised!
Shuffle Spots: Where You Can Earn
Every month, you get your own personalised list of Shuffle Spots in the app. These are the venues where you can earn cashback that month, and they're randomised just for you. Your list refreshes at the start of each month, so your Spots this month may be different from last month.
Cashback only applies to purchases at venues on your current month's Shuffle Spots list. Paying at a Shuffle partner venue that isn't on your list won't earn a reward that month.
One important detail: eligibility is based on when your bank processes the transaction, not when you made the purchase. If you pay at one of your Spots near the end of the month and your bank processes it after your list refreshes, the venue needs to be on your new month's list for the reward to apply.
Step 1: Create a Profile and Connect Your Bank
To earn rewards, you first need to connect your bank account in the Shuffle app using Open Banking.
Shuffle only accesses your transaction data on a read-only basis
This allows us to identify eligible purchases automatically
Step 2: Pay at One of Your Shuffle Spots
Check your Shuffle Spots list in the app, then visit one of your venues and pay using a card linked to your connected bank account.
No QR codes or scanning required. Just pay normally.
Step 3: Shuffle Verifies Your Purchase
Once your transaction is processed by your bank, Shuffle checks if the purchase qualifies for a reward.
Most rewards appear within 2 days, depending on how quickly your bank confirms the transaction.
Step 4: Earn Cashback
Eligible purchases receive randomised cashback rewards.

Step 5: Withdraw Your Rewards
When cashback becomes Available to Withdraw, you can transfer it directly to your linked bank account.
Important Things to Know
Rewards can only be applied when:
The venue is on your current month's Shuffle Spots list
You use a card linked to your Shuffle account
The purchase meets the venue's reward criteria
Rewards may not apply if:
The venue isn't on your Shuffle Spots list for the month the transaction was processed
The transaction is refunded or cancelled
The purchase was made online instead of in-venue
An unsupported payment method was used
