Payoneer is one of the convenient and secure payment options Shutterstock offers to our contributors in addition to PayPal and Skrill. To ensure that payments are processed quickly, Payoneer offers their Global Bank Transfer option to Shutterstock contributors in eligible regions.
How do I select Payoneer as my payment method?
Navigate to your Shutterstock Account settings page and select Payoneer from the Payout method options. Once Payoneer is selected you’ll see the option to either connect an existing account or create a new one. If you choose to connect an existing Payoneer account, you will be taken to a Payoneer login page and once logged in, follow the prompts or contact Payoneer for further assistance.
Setting up a new Payoneer account:
Follow the prompts to create a new account. To register with Payoneer, you’ll need to enter
Your first and last name
Your email address
Your date of birth
Your contact details (including your address)
You’ll also be asked to create
Username
Password
Security questions
Once your Payoneer account is created, you’ll need to enter your bank details (for example, account type, bank details like currency and country, and your account numbers). You may be asked to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued identification document like a passport.
Payoneer reviews each account application. You will receive an email confirmation from Payoneer within several business days once your application has been reviewed.
To log in to your Payoneer account, visit https://myaccount.payoneer.com/ and enter the Payoneer username and password you created during sign-up.
What if I already use Payoneer to receive payments from other companies?
Even if you already have a Payoneer account to receive payments from other companies, you will need to create a new Payoneer account to receive payments specifically from Shutterstock. You can complete the registration directly from your Shutterstock contributor Account settings page, but you will need to use a different email address than the one you have already used with Payoneer. If you have used Payoneer for another reason to receive funds in the past but no longer need that account, please reach out to Payoneer Client Services team for assistance.
What if I already have a Payoneer account through Shutterstock, but it was set up with a prepaid Mastercard?
If you created a Payoneer account that is set up to receive funds to a prepaid Mastercard, you will need to contact the Payoneer support team for assistance. Payoneer will guide you through the necessary steps to link your Payoneer account to a bank account.
When do changes to my payment information go into effect?
If payout settings are changed after the last day of a month, they will go into effect the following month. You can learn more about our payment process by reading about how you get paid for your work.
