Read a location's compliance score, understand what moves it, and set the score bands that fit your organization.
Who
Everyone sees scores. Org Admins set the bands.
How the score works
Each location's score, out of 100, reflects how consistently its inventory records are kept up:
Manual adjustments (60 points): regular cycle counts and count corrections.
Inventory usage (20 points): issuing what you use to properties.
Receipt scans (20 points): capturing ad-hoc purchases when they happen.
The score appears on the location's detail page and on the Field home page, colored by band: On track (green), At risk (amber), or Needs attention (red). Techs see the same score and breakdown in the mobile app.
Setting your bands
In your organization's settings, open the Compliance score page.
Set the two cutoffs: the score at which a location counts as healthy, and the score below which it needs attention. Scores between the two show as At risk. The preview shows how your current locations would band.
Save. The change applies org-wide, and the page's change history records who moved a cutoff, when, and from what to what.
Notes
Both cutoffs start at 50, which collapses the bands to a simple green/red split until you choose otherwise.
Corrections marked as reconciliation (see 2.8) don't count toward the score, so cleaning up records doesn't inflate it.
