Read a location's compliance score, understand what moves it, and set the score bands that fit your organization.

How the score works
A compliance score runs from 0 to 100 and reflects how consistently inventory records are kept up. Each technician is scored on their own work. A location's score is the average of the scores of the technicians assigned to it, and the breakdown lists each technician with their own score, so you can see who is moving it.
Three parts make up the score:
Manual adjustments (60 points): the largest part. It starts at full marks. Surplus corrections (an adjustment above the system count) and shrinkage corrections (an adjustment below it) lower it. Corrections marked as reconciliation do not (see 2.8).
Inventory usage (20 points): the share of items a technician issues from the truck's stocked bins rather than as ad-hoc items bought in the field. Issuing from stocked bins raises it; ad-hoc issuances lower it.
Receipt scans (20 points): whether ad-hoc purchases have a matching receipt captured. It is a match rate. When there were no purchases to check, it shows as no data, which is not the same as a perfect score.
A technician is scored for a day only if they did something in the 31 days ending on that date: issued an item, placed a restock order, or received part of one. A technician with no activity in that window is not scored, and a part with no activity or no records shows that rather than a zero the technician earned.
The score appears on the location's detail page and on the Field home page, colored by band: On track (green), At risk (amber), or Needs attention (red). Techs see the same score and breakdown in the mobile app.
Setting your bands
In your organization's settings, open the Compliance score page.
Set the two cutoffs: the score at which a location counts as healthy, and the score below which it needs attention. Scores between the two show as At risk. The preview shows how your current locations would band.
Save. The change applies org-wide, and the page's change history records who moved a cutoff, when, and from what to what.
Notes
Both cutoffs start at 50, which collapses the bands to a simple green/red split until you choose otherwise.
A location with no assigned technicians, or whose technicians have no recent activity, shows no score rather than a low one.
Ad-hoc purchases are sometimes the right call. They lower inventory usage by design, so a location that buys a lot in the field reads lower on that part even when the work is correct.
