Needing to return an order?

Each of our manufacturing partners have their own return policy for orders. Take a look below to see if your order is eligible for a return:

Carrier: Carrier can accept returns for equipment that has not been installed. The return policy and restocking fee vary depending on the distributor.

PPG: Once paint is tinted, it cannot be returned. If you have non-paint items that are needing to be returned, like sundries, caulk, or brushes, a return may be initiated and accepted by the PPG store.

MSI: Once product has been opened, MSI cannot accept a return unless the product is damaged and within the 90 days return period. For products that are being returned, there is a 5-10% restocking fee that will be confirmed by the MSI team and pictures of the damage are required.

GE Appliances: GE will process a return for any appliance as long as it is within the 60 day return period. For products that are being returned, there is a restocking fee which will be confirmed by the GE team for products that are unboxed and/or installed.

Skyline/SWI: Skyline/SWI will process a return for any cabinet order as long as the cabinet is still boxed. Depending on the order, there is a 20% restocking fee and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

AO Smith: AO Smith has a 90 day return policy.
