The reason why you may not be seeing any numbers in the dashboard is because the platform's performance updates when new data is available. This means that if there is no new data to show, the numbers will not appear on your screen.

If you have recently launched your campaign it could take up to 1 week until your data will be displayed.

Guide for troubleshooting

Step 1: Reload Your Browser

The first step you can take is to simply reload your browser. Sometimes, the data may not have loaded properly and a simple refresh can fix the issue. To do this, simply click on the refresh button on your browser.

Step 2: Change Your Browser

If reloading your browser does not work, you can try changing your browser. Sometimes, certain browsers may have compatibility issues, causing the numbers to not appear. Try using a different browser and see if that resolves the issue.

Step 3: Contact Customer Support

If you have tried both steps above and are still unable to see any numbers on your advertising platform, it is best to contact customer support for further assistance. They will be able to look into the issue and provide a solution for you.
