For Easy Access Savings: When you withdraw funds from your savings account, your funds should be back in your Sidekick wallet within 1 working day. You can then transfer them back to your nominated bank account.
To withdraw funds to your wallet and for them to be received on the same working day, withdrawal requests must be made before 11am. However this is still not guaranteed to be the same day, and you should plan to receive the funds within 1 working day.
For Fixed Term Savings: Your funds will be returned automatically at the end of the fixed term period. It will take 1 working day from the maturity date until it is available in your Sidekick wallet. Funds cannot be withdrawn before the maturity date
