Interest on your savings begins as soon as your funds reach our savings partner bank, not when they enter your Sidekick Wallet.
Here’s how the flow works:
You deposit money into your Sidekick Wallet
Funds sit there interest-free until you move them manually into your chosen savings product
Once in the savings account, the standard variable interest rate applies from the day they arrive at the partner bank (usually within one working day)
Any Sidekick bonus you’re eligible for is tracked separately and paid monthly into your Wallet
💡 Tip: If you’ve deposited money but don’t see interest accruing, double-check that the funds are in your Savings, not just your Wallet. And if you opened your account at the weekend, your first interest payments will be on the next working day.
