Paying for your investment

Updated over 2 months ago

You must send funds to pay for your investment in order for your application to be considered complete. When you send funds for investment, they are held in a client money account until the investment is processed directly with the Fund in question. If the interest earned exceeds £100, it will be paid to you and can be added to your investment. However, significant interest is unlikely for private market funds since trading is monthly, and funds are held for only a short time before being invested.

Once your investment has been submitted to the Fund, the process may take several weeks to finalise and for your shares to be issued. You will receive confirmation of your investment shortly after your payment has been successfully completed.
