How to create sites

The Sites feature allows businesses to set up various locations or departments, all within a single business account.

Benefits of creating sites

  • User access: Easily manage user access based on different site/s.

  • Site-specific reporting: Sidekicker analytics can provide insightful reporting dashboards comparing sites performance and spend.

  • Flexible invoicing: Depending on your invoicing preferences, Sidekicker can invoice per site.

Tip: Businesses have control to set up sites based on their business operations. Some examples include:

  • Location (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne)

  • Venue (e.g. Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall)

  • Department (e.g. Front of House, Back of House)

Creating 'Sites' is easy, simply;

  1. Click your name, select ‘Sites’, and click ‘Create site’

  2. Add site details including site name, contact information, address, users and talent pools

  3. Click ‘Add’ to create the site
