We do request that jobs that are posted on the platform are finalized 24 hours before the shift start time to ensure that Sidekicks prepare for the shift with the most up to date information.
If a shift start time needs to be altered, or a shift cancelled all together, it’s best to contact your Sidekicks directly to inform them of the changes if made within 24 hours of the start time.
If a job is cancelled after a Sidekick has arrived at the shift and the shift has begun, we do request that they are paid for the legal minimum shift length, which is generally 3 hours.

You will need to provide a reason for cancelling the shift, so that in future we can better understand how we can help you with your requests.
