How to find your invoices

After every request that is completed, the company billing contacts will receive an invoice via email. To find and manage your billing contacts, click your name and select 'Billing details'.

You can also easily find invoices from past requests at any time on your Sidekicker account.

  1. Click your name on the bottom left corner, and select 'Transaction history'

  2. Select the invoice you need, and click the invoice number to view & download

Please note: If you can not see any invoices under 'Transaction history', your billing method might not support this feature. You can request your invoice by submitting an enquiry to our Support.
