You can withdraw directly from a shift via the app, by clicking on the job in your Active tab and choosing "WITHDRAW". 

If you need to speak to someone regarding you withdrawal, you can contact our Support team on 1800 665 035 (AU) or 0800 003 998 (NZ) during our office hours to withdraw from your shift. You can find out support hours here.

Can I contact the client directly to withdraw? 

No. You must contact Sidekicker directly to withdraw from your shift. If we do not have a record of you trying to contact us, this will be counted as a “no show” and your account will be deactivated immediately. Please see this link on how to contact Sidekicker HQ.
