š² Steps for Biometric Verification (Main)
In the withdrawal section, press the āStart Verificationā button.
A new Veriff platform window will open.
The system will ask if you want to:
Continue the process from your PC, or
Complete the verification from your smartphone by scanning the QR code.
Continue with the process and follow the instructions:
Take a photo of the front of your National Identity Document (DNI).
Then, a photo of the back of your DNI.
Finally, a selfie.
The images will be sent automatically, and the system will process them in a few minutes.
ā If biometric verification is approved, your account will be verified and you can withdraw without any problems.
ā ļø What happens if biometric verification is rejected?
If the system rejects your biometric verification, you can manually verify your account directly from your profile.
š Manual account verification (alternative)
1. Access your profile
Log in to your Siete account and go to the user menu.
2. Go to āAccount Settingsā
Within your profile, select the āAccount Settingsā option to view the available tools.
3. Select āManual Verificationā
In the settings panel, click on āManual Verificationā to begin the process.
š Complete the āPersonal Detailsā section
Fill in the requested information with your real details:
Full name
Date of birth
Valid ID number
Make sure the information matches exactly the information on the document you are uploading.
šø Upload photos of your ID
You will need to upload:
Photo of the front of the ID
Photo of the back of the ID
š Tip: Make sure the images are well-lit, legible, and glare-free.
š Press the āSubmit for verificationā button.
Once everything is complete and the images are uploaded, click āSubmit for verificationā.
ā± Wait for approval
The Siete team will review your information.
In as little as 15 minutes, your account should be verified and ready to use without restrictions.
