Account Verification

🔐 Why verify your account?

Verification (KYC) helps to:

In the withdrawal section, press the “Start Verification” button.
A new Veriff platform window will open.
The system will ask if you want to:
- Continue the process from your PC, or
- Complete the verification from your smartphone by scanning the QR code.
Continue with the process and follow the instructions:
- Take a photo of the front of your National Identity Document (DNI).
- Then, a photo of the back of your DNI.
- Finally, a selfie.
The images will be sent automatically, and the system will process them in a few minutes.

✅ If biometric verification is approved, your account will be verified and you can withdraw without any problems.

If the system rejects your biometric verification, you can manually verify your account directly from your profile.

2. Go to “Account Settings”

Within your profile, select the “Account Settings” option to view the available tools.

3. Select “Manual Verification”

In the settings panel, click on “Manual Verification” to begin the process.

Fill in the requested information with your real details:

Make sure the information matches exactly the information on the document you are uploading.

You will need to upload:

📌 Tip: Make sure the images are well-lit, legible, and glare-free.

Once everything is complete and the images are uploaded, click “Submit for verification”.

The Siete team will review your information.

In as little as 15 minutes, your account should be verified and ready to use without restrictions.
