You can update the email address linked to your Signal account from your account settings.
Steps
Sign in to your Signal account.
Go to Profile at the top right corner.
Select Account.
Choose Change Email Address.
Enter your new email address.
Verify the new email using the confirmation email we sent you.
If you're unable to access your current email address, contact Support for assistance.
