Cumulative Customer Share Change

Percentage point change in a company's share of total competitor observed customers relative to the start month (default = Jan 2023)

Here is an example of how cumulative customer share change works:

  • in Jan 2023, Super Software had 1 observed mid-market customer, AI Agents Inc had 2 observed mid-market customers, and Dynamic Data had 0. So Super Software's share of the market was 33.3%

  • in Mar 2023, Super Software had 2 observed mid-market customers, AI Agents Inc had 2 mid-market customers, and Dynamic Data still had 0. As a result, Super SOftware now has 50% of the market, 16.6pp greater than their share in Jan 2023. The bar will show 16.6%.
