Problems with the Account Activation Email

What to do if the activation email is missing, the link has expired, or you receive an error message.

When you invite a user through the user management dashboard, we automatically send an activation email. This email contains a link that allows the user to create a password.


Did the activation email not arrive?

Try the following steps:

  1. Search by sender: noreply@signhost.com

  2. Search by subject: “Your one-time activation link for your Signhost account”

  3. Try creating a new password:

    • Go to our portal.

    • Enter the relevant email address.

    • Select ‘Forgot password?’

Tip: Also check your spam or junk folder, as well as any custom email filters.

Still not working?

Please contact our support team. Up to 10 days after sending, we can verify in our mail system whether the activation email was successfully sent and delivered.


Error message when opening the activation link?

The activation link has limited validity and can only be used once. If you receive a message stating that the link has already been used or is no longer valid, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login page of our portal.

  2. Click ‘Forgot password?’

  3. Reset your password.
